  CARD: - Computer Aided Registration Dept; Govt. of A.P.; India
  India’s most acclaimed e-governance project – CARD – Imaging, Document Management & electronic Workflow, Archival,    Initiated by the honorable Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, towards computerizing the registration department which is   one of its kind project with largest public interface being extended to 240 locations in Andhra Pradesh. The project had   been rated as one of the best-prided e-governance project in India. FIL has trained 1700 people. Currently it crossed 2   million of document images across distributed databases.
 
  R.B.I.:- Reserve Bank of India, Mumbai.
  Fortune had the privilege of bagging the RBI Urban banks computerization project. –Enterprise-wide solution on Intranet,   connecting their 17 regional Offices to the Central Office at Mumbai. The project involves computerization of all 17   Regional offices being connected to the Central Office at Mumbai via satellite. The automation involves 13 modules with   Workflow, Document Management and Business Process Automation. In phase II the same is going to be extended to the   banks falling under Urban Banks Department.

Apart   from the need to process invoices and other customer documents, certain organizations need a automated tracking   system which will at any given point of time give them a report as to how many invoices have been generated, how   many have been printed or distributed and how many have been received and acknowledged by customers.
  Specifically in the case of Invoices, companies have to keep track of how many invoices have been signed and returned   by their customers as based on the acceptance alone they have to book the sale due to requirements specified by   statutory agencies, normally the onus of collecting the signed invoice copy is on the supplier and not the customer.
